Love, Bea
This thank you gift was inspired by Bakerella's pie pop post. When I saw the post, I thought, "If her eight year old can do it, I can do it! Sweet." Of course, I had to personalize it. I conveniently had a bee cookie cutter to use to cut out the bite size pie bits. My hubster came up with the idea of using the heart and bee cookie shapes together to make: Love, Bea. How adorable is he?

Love it! I just bought my first rolling pin and have been wondering what to use it first on. I think this one may be it. =)
Thanks, Kathy. I changed the recipe a little bit. To make sure the stick stays inside and the edges stay shut, I used extra egg around those parts. I also put a little white sugar on top for extra flavor. If you do it, lemme know how yours turn out. :)
