Graphing

This week I have taken the challenge of teaching my kiddos how to Make Connections in order to help them understand a story better. Oy! It's a challenging reading comprehension strategy. We had a rough morning with music practice interrupting our language arts flow. My orginial question wasn't concise enough. Once we moved onto math, my first kiddo picked something to graph. She said, "I want to graph people's favorite connections." I heart her. It made me feel so much better. They've actually been listening! At least, she has.
