I have a beautiful life. I'm not writing this to be boastful rather it's to help me remember not to take what I have for granted. I have a wonderful husband who loves me even when I choose to wear my grumpy pants. I have a lovely family who constantly reminds me that I have a beautiful life. I have friends who make me laugh. I get to see children laugh and smile every day. I also get to visit the places I have read about in books. Quelle belle vie!

I Heart My Mommy
A few weeks ago, my mommy told me that I gave her the gift of reading for fun. Just hearing her say that filled my heart with joy. I love reading and am so happy when I can share that joy with others, especially my mom. She has given so much to me. She has taught me how to love animals unconditionally, appreciate delicious food, and savor afternoon naps. Thanks mom! Happy early mommy's day!
